Jim,
	The ISOC bylaws are the subject of the ISOC board of trustees
and the ISOC membership - note that there is no requirement for poison
members to be ISOC members - but having said that, I will repeate what
I suggested a while ago - if you have specific suggestions for revisions
you should send them to the isoc board.
