When the PAC receives the Outgoing-Call-Reply, it attempts to connect the call, assuming the calling party has not hung up.

When the PAC receives the Incoming-Call-Reply, it attempts to connect the call, assuming the calling party has not hung up.

The PAC does not receive Outgoing-Call-Reply messages, as also indicated in sections and It receives Incoming-Call-Reply messages, as indicated in sections and

This erratum is currently posted as "Reported". If necessary, please
use "Reply All" to discuss whether it should be verified or
rejected. When a decision is reached, the verifying party  
can log in to change the status and edit the report, if necessary.
