Below are the links to all the documents for the MFD session on Friday.  Since I was unable to attend I will be using Live Meeting

to display the relevant documents and other applications as the need arises.  The Live Meeting information is below.  I hope someone 

that can project at the meeting can check and make sure that  there system  is capable of connecting to Live Meeting.  I have an

internal commitment Friday morning but should have no problem being ready ½ hour prior to the meeting start.
