Following up on this, the first interim meeting is scheduled for Thursday 9 Jan 13:00-14:00 in accordance with the preferences set on the Doodle poll. The RWC lunch break is 12:30-14:00 so we should have time to grab something to eat before we start. I’ve spoken to the organisers and, all being well, we should be able to make use of conference room CSB 480 on the Columbia University campus. The room is a 6 minute walk away from where RWC is being held and I’ll send a further email with directions when I receive them. On the day we can also meet at the venue entrance around 12:50 and head over together.
