Hi, Ted,

I myself would like the Secretariat to add a Personnel section to
the ballot.  I would like this to be there to cue the author
of the writeup to include the names (and also to add the
name of any appointed Expert, because this is also often
left out of the announcement).

It would be good for the IESG to decide if this is acceptable
and let the Secretariat know if that's the decision.  If it
is not desired, then I'll take it out at re-spin time.

I should remind everyone that there are several chunky-ish
Notes to the RFC Editor - we didn't go the revision route before
giving you the doc for IESG Eval.
