Lars,

I missed some thread where this change happened, but why does this sentence say:

 Sometimes the IESG requires actions, such as the appointment of a new Expert.

In replacement for:

 Sometimes the actions required are by the IESG, such as the appointment of 
 a new Expert.

I wrote the original sentence too quickly, but what I wanted to say
with this was:

 Sometimes the Document Shepherd must keep track of certain IANA actions 
 to be completed by the IESG, such as ratifying the appointment of 
 a designated Expert called for in the IANA Considerations.  

Otherwise, I think the document is very good - ready to go.

And again, I would like it to be an RFC.
