Hi Bruno,

It may make sense to allow a <fee:balance> object in transform command
responses - I'll consider this for the next version. However, there are
existing extensions for account balance querying. Unfortunately they
have not been published as I-Ds yet, but I am working on persuading the
authors to do so.
