[PWE3] FW: I-D Action: draft-ietf-pwe3-redundancy-spe-03.txt

A new version of draft-ietf-pwe3-redundancy-spe has been submitted. The content has become stable, and there are only some editorial changes in the update.

The authors appreciate comments and suggestions on this document from PALS wg, so that we can move it forward.
