Hi folks,

The above (which has been a succession of Internet-Drafts
for years) is finally a new IETF BCP (Best Current Practice).
Editors of stds track documents (Printer MIB, Finisher MIB,
IPP specs) please look at this.

It includes the IESG's requirements for internationalization
and security.
