By all means!  Comments are very welcome on my draft, and should be equally welcome on all the drafts.

To move the group forward, perhaps Wojciech’s draft is the right place to put in effort. He says he already has an updated draft, so perhaps the thing to do is for Wojciech to  upload that ASAP, and then we can all look at it and move forward from there.
