Hi Alex,

Seems like no IPv6 connectivity or at least doesn't resolve a v6 address:

$ host quantum-computing.ibm.com
quantum-computing.ibm.com has address 104.18.1.130
quantum-computing.ibm.com has address 104.18.0.130
$
