For those of you not on the main IETF mailing lists, it has been announced that IETF 108, originally scheduled for the last week of July in Madrid, will be held as an online meeting instead.  Wojtek and I have not yet discussed plans for QIRG, but tentatively I would expect to hold a virtual QIRG meeting in that time frame.
