Dear All,

A new version (v02) of Quantum Internet Use Cases document has been just posted. This new version includes the following updates to address the comments that were raised during the IETF July meeting.

--> Split 6 “general requirements” into two parts: 6.1 on “Background” and 6.2 on “Requirements”.
--> Added a management-related requirement to 6.2.
--> Added two paragraphs in 9 to discuss “privacy”.
--> Some editorial changes throughout the document to increase readability.

Please let us know if we missed anything and also please feel free to provide new feedback to improve the document.

Thanks,

Chonggang

Abstract:
   The Quantum Internet has the potential to improve application
   functionality by incorporating quantum information technology into
   the infrastructure of the overall Internet. In this document, we
   provide an overview of some applications expected to be used on the
   Quantum Internet, and then categorize them using various
   classification schemes. Some general requirements for the Quantum
   Internet are also discussed. The intent of this document is to
   provide a common understanding and framework of applications and use
   cases for the Quantum Internet.

Please note that it may take a couple of minutes from the time of submission until the htmlized version and diff are available at tools.ietf.org.
