This draft presently describes only a mechanism for implementing
CR over existing LS (or if necessary Distance or Path vector)
routing schemes. As described in Section 6 of the draft, it
does not deal with many other (essential) ingredients necessary
to create a specific CR scheme (e.g., Qos or GoS parameters).
So, I'd treat the present draft as the first step in defining
a complete CR scheme which will then be able to
do QoS-based routing or aid in traffic engineering.
