+## Server Connection Migration {#migration-server}

I think the necessary assumption is that the server maintains the ability to send/receive from both addresses through the whole process.  So if the client's attempt to hand off fails, it can still continue with the original address.  In the more general P2P case, the server might not actually continue to have access to the original address, because it is actually changed network connections.
