Thanks for saving me the effort of calculating that Dmitri. Given that this bit of HQ mirrors H2 the overhead is neutral in that perspective. I'm of the same opinion as Martin that this is a "new feature" that offers up to 0.2% bandwidth saving. What is the bar for new features.

(New because this it changes the semantics in comparison to H2).
