That's also a detail of one particular push implementation, not an inherent way that push works.  I *think* the Push implementation in WinInet would still work, because the push cache is at the level of a request group rather than an individual connection.  (Somewhat moot for deployment use, but existence proof that there's more than one possible implementation of that.)
