-> Proposal to remove mention of 0xff for draft version. While this is not an official convention anymore, as this is currently used this might still be good information. Therefore looking for more input if it should be removed or reworded.

-> This is still work in progress. It’s a larger rewrite of the NAT part to removed redundancy with text that we already had in section “Stateful Handling of QUIC”. This should not change the recommendation but make it more clear. So hopefully this is editorial but quite a big text change and some reorganization of sections. More reviews are welcome.
