I've created https://github.com/quicwg/wg-materials/pull/157 with my
slides. I'm happy to take feedback about them, from anyone.

Just to clarify for everyone who's trying to figure out what will be
discussed at the interim meeting, my focus is on ATSSS steering modes. I
know other people are talking about specific use cases, and look forward to
understanding those, too!
