I wanted to echo Mirja's thanks and appreciation. QUIC and HTTP/3 were a
lot of work for everyone, and it turned out very well.

I just changed a reference in kramdown from {{I-D.ietf-quic-transport}} to
{{RFC9000}}. That felt awesome!
