This is a followup OPS-DIR review of Greasing the QUIC Bit
(draft-ietf-quic-bit-grease)

Thanks for updating the document to address my previous comments.

I still do not understand why this ID does not update the base QUIC RFC (I see
no advantage in making it harder for implementers to find out what they should
implement) but that is not a core issue
