Hi folks,

The consensus call has now ended.

We saw some pushback on the proposed resolution to #3842. Discussion on an
alternative proposal is continuing so we'll run this issue through the
Late-Stage process again.

There appears to be no pushback on the other issues, so consensus is
declared.
