I made a thing that might help people who are looking to choose codepoints for QUIC: https://martinthomson.github.io/quic-pick/ It only supports QUIC and HTTP/3 right now, but it should be fairly obvious how to extend this for other protocols if someone feels enthusiastic. Contributions of that sort are very much welcome.
