Hi Ted,

I was certainly expecting that we would discuss this on-list and then
at the meeting. Sorry if I made it seem otherwise.

WRT to the hackathon, I wasn't suggesting that we have some kind of
formal side meeting, just that this would be an opportunity to have
some small-group conversations, just as we have done in the past.
