Greetings, all,

We've submitted updated revisions of the applicability and manageability drafts, mainly rolling up editor-generated text for open issues, in advance of the meeting in Montreal.

We have a few open issues: https://github.com/quicwg/ops-drafts/issues. Some of these are pending on open issues in the transport, the others need text from contributors other than us. This is your friendly reminder to volunteer for these if you can help, before we start tracking down people in the hallways in Montreal and volunteering them. ;)

Thanks, cheers,

Brian (for the editors)
