The QUIC charter mentioned a fourth focus on multipath :

"The fourth focus area will extend core protocol facilities to enable
multipath capabilities for connection migration between paths and load
sharing across multiple paths.”

I was wondering when the working group plans to start working on this focus area that is part of the charter. As the working group focused on v1, we did not request any presentation slot for draft-deconinck-quic-multipath, but this draft has been updated several times to reflect the evolution of the other QUIC drafts.

According to the charter, the following milestones were defined for multipath :

May 2020	Multipath extension document to IESG
Dec 2019 Working group adoption of Multipath extension document

Do you have any specific plans for the multipath work ?

Best regards,

Olivier Bonaventure
