Yes, I took a quick look and thanks for addressing the concerns.
I'll read the draft more carefully over the next week or so and 
get back if I have additional questions. 

One nit that either I misunderstood, or went under the radar:

Section 4.3.2 ("Server Actions") is about the encryption side, 
right? So the second paragraph in that section should say
   "The server encrypts the server ID..
instead of "server decrypts.."?
