Hi everyone,

draft-08 was just a minor editorial change in response to some reviews,
we've now closed all the issues on GitHub and are ready to proceed
with IESG review.

Here's a link to the very small diff:
https://www.ietf.org/rfcdiff?url2=draft-ietf-quic-datagram-08

Cheers,
David
