QUIC spinbit tool to show 1/2 RTT from tcpdump

Hi

To show the benefit of the spinbit for network troubleshooting we are providing a tool and data at http://193.252.113.227/cgi-bin/quicspin.cgi.

The tool extracts and displays the delay of the 2 sides of the path from a tcpdump file.

You can upload you own pcap file and get the 2 half RTT displayed.

The current measures displayed are based on picoquic and picoquic+vec.
