To show the benefit of the spinbit for network troubleshooting we are providing a tool and data at

The tool extracts and displays the delay of the 2 sides of the path from a tcpdump file.

You can upload you own pcap file and get the 2 half RTT displayed.

The current measures displayed are based on picoquic and picoquic+vec.
