  Sure.  I'm not set on any particular name.

  The "radius v1.1" name is perhaps the least confusing but short name I could come up with.  It still is confusing, though.

  Older revisions recommended a configuration flag called "radius1.1", so the name made a bit more sense.  Now that the configuration recommendation has changed, it's more practical to change the name of the document.
