  RFC 5580 Section 4.3.2 defines the contents to be identical:

   Geospatial location information is
   encoded as an opaque object, and the format is based on the Location
   Configuration Information (LCI) format defined in 
   Section 2 of  [RFC3825]
 
  Where 6225 updates 3825.

  So yes, the contents are guaranteed to be in the identical format.
