Our dear and beloved colleagues at  ATT strolled up to the 8th floor of the
US Federal Communications Commission and respectfully suggested they
"retire"  Time Division Multiplexing networks and services in favor of a all
IP  ( read SIP )  based Network/Ecosystem.
