You *want* to misunderstand me. So how much more do I need to write
to explain realities about end users?

Guess why IPv6 (with "dedicated networks of incredible size!!") wasn't
a huge success with end users? Because they *don't care* about how
the network works, and whether they have a static for dynamic IP address.

(It's not like there are no ISPs trying to sell IPv6-capable access
products. We do, and have done so since > 5 years. Hasn't been a
tremendous success... real-world experience can be very frustrating
at times).

Please re-think my statement: there is different classes of "end users",
undoubtedly, but closing your eyes before the reality that the *majority*
of them is just not interested in "instant network mobility" or couldn't
afford the occasional renumbering is just not true, and is not lending
credibility to any conclusions ignoring that.
