This is to call your attention to an update to the debug state PR <https://github.com/ietf-rats-wg/eat/pull/36>.

This lines up with the new submodules PR <https://github.com/ietf-rats-wg/eat/pull/43> where there is *no inheritance* from superior module to submodule or vice versa. That means all debug states are reported independently which is quite different from what was there before, hence my explicitly pointing this out.

I’ve started using the term “target” (aka attested environment) to refer to the (bounded) sub system that a claims is about. The target can of course be different from the attester. This is starting to seem like a critical and very clarifying distinction in the text.

Comments please!
