However, the idea that a document that just entered WGLC hasn't seen directorate review is not an anomaly. Most documents don't see directorate reviews until they are in IETF LC. For example, looking at the closed reviews in the last 365 days for SECDIR and OPSDIR, only 7% (17 of 256) and 9% (12 of 140) were "early reviews" (i.e., those before IETF LC). The directorate which sees more early review is YANGDoctors where 41% (15 of 37) were early. Regards, Roman
