Actually, it makes it EXTREMELY hard to review changes.  It's a blocker to
getting all the other blockers fixed.

So actually I would suggest that you post a -15 document which is IDENTICAL to the -14
document, but has all those lines fixed.
(This should be easy to do with ten minutes of git branching)

Sure, so you need a awk/perl/sed script to wrap things.
