I think that in the RAW technologies and use cases we should start with the
security level/concept first, and then the use case, this draft approach
uses the old IETF approach of leaving security last to be considered or
not. It all depends on the wireless application and services, so for
systems that need high reliability we will need security if using wireless.

The draft needs to have security considerations and not to be empty or N/A,
because it presents the reliable wireless Link use cases. In many cases to
make wireless Link reliable is to make the Link secure, therefore, it is
important to include security with reliability especially for control flows
and RAW.
