I'm interested in cost/benefits, policy implications in network 
regulation, running simulations, devising algorithms, writing papers, 
reviewing papers, mailing list and f2f discussions, and writing code.

The over-arching concern is connecting the costs of Internet transport 
with the prices people pay. The current model separates these two things 
by a Grand Canyon of historical accident.
