Thanks for letting us know what you're planning.

I'm hoping to get a draft BoF proposal out later 
today. It will be based on the "Pls bash" mail I 
sent out on Wed 2 Sep. So any comments on that, 
let me know now. We have to submit it Monday 
night (and I'm flying Monday pm/evening).

I've had a note from Jari Arkko (one of the 
Internet Area Directors) agreeing that this 
crosses Int Area & Transport Area, but he says 
he's happy for the Transport Area to take a lead.
