Re: [re-ECN] Pls respond: Do we have a Congestion Exposure community?

Hi,

I have been following the re-ECN development for a long time and would be
very interested in playing an active role.  I am willing to help in various
activities such as implementation, simulation, promoting a re-ECN flavour,
co-authoring documents etc.
