Hi I have uploaded an internet draft that highlights the particular properties with shared channel access such as HSPA and LTE defined in 3GPP http://www.ietf.org/id/draft-johansson-wireless-congestion-properties-00.txt The objective of the draft is to ensure that wireless access aspects is also included in the ConEx WG charter (if WG is formed).
