Dear Hannes

thanks for notifying RECIPE activities.

I went over its discussion archive and wonder whether
RECIPE is about Green ICT or Green by ICT or both.

As you know, there is a subtle but clear difference among them.
The first is to improve energy efficiency of ICT itself and
the second is to improve energy efficiency using ICT,
which may result in more ICT power consumption.

For EERG, currently we have in mind Green Communication,
so Green ICT.

Thanks for your kind consideration.

Best regards

JinHyeock
