As there have been no objections, this closes the WGLC and this document will be submitted to the IESG for consideration as a proposed standard.

This document has been in progress for quite some time.  It represents a great deal of work by many people, including having been through an IETF last call and returned to us for additional consideration.

Thank you to the authors for their continued efforts to progress this work.  Thank you to Jody Kolker for the preparation of the Shepherd Write Up.
