I see Rosfran's open questions on the requirements draft were  
resolved by the latest rev.

I've seen no discussion since.

So a poll -- those of you who have read the draft and thing it's good  
to go to the IESG, please respond affirmatively. And those who think  
otherwise, please respond negatively. Those of you who don't care,  
please continue what you were doing.

Note that this isn't a vote. It's a tool for estimating rough consensus.
