I forgot to cover changes to section 4.3:

I suggest replacing:

  The WO.Selector message MUST contain information about the
  event listeners associated to a node in the tree at the
  programming level only.

By:

  The WO.Selector message MUST contain sufficient information
  to enable the Widex Renderer to add or remove remote event
  listeners associated with particular nodes in the XML DOM.
