[rfc-i] Reminder: RFC Editor Model - third and final Virtual Interim Meeting Announcement and Invitation

This is a reminder that the third and last virtual interim call will be held on Friday, 18 October 2019 at 02:00 UTC. WebEx information and information from the previous meetings are available on the RSE wiki:

Check the IETF 106 agenda (when published) for the timing, agenda, and remote participation details for the “RFCME” BoF. The goal for the BoF is to discuss the results from the interim calls and any possible consensus on how we can make decisions around possible RFC Editor Model changes in the future.
