Given that the GitHub repo has existed since 2018 and that the tao-discuss list has been ineffective, doing the poorly-defined work to make a diff "digestible" so that you can join a list and make comments is not something I'm willing to do at this point in time.

I assume you know how to use wget and the unix diff utility. :)
