[rfc-i] Downtime notice

Dear IETF community,

The network provider servicing the main IETF website has a scheduled downtime to replace network hardware.  This maintenance is expected to occur on March 11, 2015 between 0800 and 1000 GMT.  The downtime is expected to last no more than 10 minutes, at some point during that window.

RFC Internet services including the website, FTP, and RSYNC will be unavailable for the duration of the maintenance.
