A tiny detail: in the References sections, the citation labels
are right-aligned, which looks strange and makes visual searching
slightly painful. I think they should be left-aligned.

There are also two specific issues with the very first reference there:
1) the infamous double-comma problem; I hoped we would be rid of that
2) the reference label is too long. At least there should be a style guide
warning about this.
