[rfc-i] Reminder: RFC Editor Model - Virtual Interim Meeting Announcement and Invitation

This is a reminder that the second interim call will be held on Tuesday, 1 October 2019 at 13:00UTC (this was changed from the original date of 30 September). WebEx information and appropriate .ics files, as well as a link to the recording and report from the first interim meeting, are available here:
